Start with the reason for travelling

A request for Jeddah Airport to Yanbu may relate to a hotel stay, a coastal holiday or a visit to a particular organisation. Those purposes do not necessarily lead to the same part of the destination. Establish the actual property or venue before comparing transport arrangements.

If your confirmation contains an industrial-area reference, keep that detail visible. Do not replace it with a familiar waterfront hotel simply because the hotel appears in a search list. A nearby or similarly named place is not an acceptable substitute for the intended endpoint.

Use the host's location information

For an organisation visit, ask the host which visitor arrival point should be used. A business address and a vehicle entrance can serve different purposes. For accommodation, use the confirmed property's own location information and check that the map result represents that property.

You do not need to provide confidential details of the visit in a public enquiry. The transport requirement can identify the agreed destination and any relevant arrival instruction without sharing an internal meeting agenda or sensitive business documents.

Separate later coastal activities

If the trip also includes a leisure outing, arrange that around the place where you will actually stay. Do not assume that an airport transfer to a work-related destination also includes a later hotel movement or an evening visit.

Write the arrival stage and the subsequent activity as separate lines. This makes it possible to see whether another transfer is needed, and whether the later pickup location has changed. It also prevents a city label from hiding an incomplete travel plan.

The useful endpoint is the one that allows a journey to finish at the intended place. Once that is established, you can compare the arrival transfer on its own merits and build the rest of the Yanbu stay around it.
