An event title is not an address

A concert, exhibition or visitor event can be promoted under a memorable name that does not identify its actual location. Before arranging the journey, look for the venue information on the current confirmation. The transport request needs the place where you are expected to arrive, not only the event title.

Be particularly careful when an organiser uses several venues or runs editions in different locations. This is a reason to check the current booking, not a claim about any specific Jeddah event. Use the details that apply to your attendance date.

Ask for the visitor arrival point

A venue may publish instructions for different categories of visitor. Use the information relevant to your ticket or reservation and obtain clarification from the organiser if it is unclear. Do not substitute a nearby landmark because it is easier to find in conversation.

Keep any private ticket codes out of a public enquiry. The vehicle requirement can identify the venue and relevant arrival point without sharing the entire admission document. Provide additional information only through the appropriate confirmed process when it is needed.

Connect the visit to the rest of the stay

Decide whether you are travelling from accommodation or another independently arranged visit. Then choose where the later journey should finish. A hotel return, a meal elsewhere and an airport movement are different requests.

If the evening includes several venues, show the connections between them. A ticket to an event does not arrange those vehicle stages, and a transfer to the first place does not imply that the rest are included.

The result is a travel plan built around actual locations. The event name remains useful context, while the venue, visitor instructions and intended endpoint explain what the road journey needs to achieve.
