Plan from the arrival hall
An onward journey to Taif starts with your incoming flight, not a Jeddah city pickup. Add the scheduled arrival details and the terminal information supplied for the flight. The meeting arrangement must be confirmed for that arrival rather than copied from a hotel-transfer booking.
Decide whether you want to continue after landing or spend time in Jeddah first. An immediate airport departure and a later city collection are different requests, even when the final destination is the same.
Name the destination precisely
Give the full Taif hotel, residence or agreed destination, with a map location where possible. A city name does not tell the planning team where the journey finishes. If the address is still provisional, say so and have the final location reviewed before accepting the booking.
If you intend to meet someone at the destination, check that they have the same address and travel date. Keep their role separate from the lead traveller who will receive the airport collection instructions.
Agree stops before departure
Include any planned rest stop or additional address when requesting the journey. The written quote should make the transport scope clear. A long-distance transfer is not automatically an open-ended sightseeing service, and time away from the vehicle should be discussed rather than assumed.
List luggage and bulky items as well as the number of travellers. Explain practical comfort or mobility requirements so they can be assessed. A request for equipment or assistance remains a request until it has been explicitly confirmed.
Keep the arrival plan realistic
Avoid attaching an unconfirmed arrival time at your destination to a fixed appointment. The agreed schedule needs to account for the actual airport collection and current journey conditions. This page does not promise a drive time, vehicle availability or a fixed fare.
