Your hotel name is only the start
Use the full property name, address and map location when requesting an airport transfer. Similar hotel names, different branches and booking-site abbreviations can make a short name ambiguous. If you are staying in a serviced apartment or private address, provide the actual destination rather than the nearest well-known hotel.
Keep your accommodation arrival date alongside the transport request. Hotel check-in and vehicle collection are separate arrangements; an airport transfer does not establish when your room will be ready.
Match the request to your flight
Jeddah airport has multiple passenger terminals. Add the actual flight number and scheduled arrival details, then check the terminal information supplied for that flight. Do not select a terminal because you used it on a previous visit.
Use Saudi local time for the arrival and check the calendar date. If the flight changes, the confirmed transport booking also needs to be updated through its agreed contact process. Editing your own itinerary is not an amendment to a reservation.
Tell us what is travelling with you
Record passengers and luggage separately. Include large cases, cabin bags and bulky items rather than relying on a seat count to describe the party. If you need assistance or equipment, make the requirement clear and wait for confirmation that the proposed arrangement can meet it.
If you want to stop before reaching the hotel, include the stop in the request. An additional destination or extended wait should not be assumed to be covered by a direct airport transfer.
Arrive with the agreement in hand
Before accepting a quote, review the meeting process, waiting terms, destination and contact number. Make sure the person travelling can access the confirmed instructions after landing, especially if someone else is managing the booking from home.
